Hello!
I am trying to close a sprint and am getting the error message: Sprint cannot be completed as there are incomplete subtasks on the following issues
I only have one green status called "Done" and that status is the only one in the rightmost column of my board. There are no unmapped statuses on my project either. I am including a screenshot of the workflow and board settings to confirm:
The error lists two different issues, each which have subtasks. Both the issue and their subtasks are in the Done status and when grouping the board by subtask I can confirm they are all in the righthand column. Each of the resolutions say Done as well.
I could really use some help as I am stumped. There are a few issues they are planning on moving to the next sprint as they are not done yet - but none of those issues are listed in Jira's error message.
Thanks in advance!
Hi @BoscariKN2 Can you run the below JQL to confirm all the affected issues and their sub-taks are in the status which you have mapped to DONE status in the board
sprint = <sprint-id>
I have a similar problem. I want to close a sprint, where all incidents are closed (in the final state Done), but when I want to close the sprint, a message appears with all open incidents suggesting to move to the next sprint.
Can you help me? I consult in JQL and all the sprint incidents appear closed.
Thanks.

Is the Finalizada status in the last column on the sprint board? (The right-most one)
Also, do any of the five issues have sub-tasks? If they do, then are these sub-tasks also in the last column on the board? (I don't think this is the problem though, I would expect a different message)

Thank you!!!
All tasks and sub-tasks are in the final status of work (DONE). But the final status wasn't the last column on the sprint board?
In this Sprint I added a new columnn to show the tasks that are On Hold, in a last collumn.
Now a I Changed the order of the column, and all tasks are completed and allow me to close de sprint.
Thanks !!!
