Sprint field

Need help!!! I'm the Admin and I'm seeing different Sprint options in the Sprint Field drop down than the team. They're seeing a duplicate entry and I see a full list. What would cause this? I have confirmed they are fully logged in and their permissions haven't changed.  The top pic is the BI team's view, the lower, mine. Thanks!!

I figured out the issue. They had 2 sprints with the same name in 2 different projects. I instructed them to rename one. Problem solved.
