Jira Version : 7.7.2

One of my teammate created sprint called "Q2 sprint" and planed some user stories in it. Look like those user stories were closed in past sprint. Those are now in closed state.

Now I am trying to start that "Q2 Sprint" and then close it because those user stories that I  planned for this sprint were closed. I am unable to start it. Even unable to see in backlog board either.

Can anyone know whats wrong in my configuration and how I can mark close the sprint.

Thanks,

Om

Hey Om. Thanks for reaching out to the Atlassian Community!

Can you tell us a little more about the issue?

Is this "Q2 Sprint" already created and waiting to start? If so, what happens when you click on "start"? Maybe an error message.

Or is it that you don't have any created or active sprints and you are trying to create one with those tickets, but they don't appear in the backlog?

Kind regards,
Maurício Karas
