We created two new sprints on Monday, including a new set of issues. We noticed that all of the other sprints have disappeared. All of the issues still exist, but they are all associated with a newly created sprint that we did not create.
When we pick one of the issues and view the Details...select Sprint...uncheck "Only show sprints this project, the "recent sprints" appear.

However, if we leave it checked, only the two new sprints appear in the list.

I do not know if this is relevant, but we were switched to a trial standard plan (this was NOT based on our explicit action). At some point early in the week, the trial ended.
Hi @Steve Scola, I'm not sure here, BUT it might have something to do with the rial plan ending. When the trial ended, Jira may have reverted to a previous configuration or settings, which could explain why only the two newly created sprints are visible.
To resolve this issue, you could clear the Jira cache. Go to to Profile > Settings > System > Cache and click the "Clear cache" button.
Maybe some plugins could also cause that behavior?
And of course, the Atlassian support is always there to help.
Thank you, Patricia. Appreciate the perspective on this and it seems like a viable solution. I have tried to follow the path, but beyond "Settings" I have been unable to find anything associated to the cache-looked everywhere for something that might related to clearing the cache.

Hm. Sorry to hear that! Maybe you should really reach out to the Atlassian support?
