The roadmap displays epics along with child tasks/stories. You can plan epics (display the beginning/start of the epic on the roadmap), but you cannot plan child tasks and stories. Also, sprints are not displayed at the top of the roadmap.

Sprints refer to a board that lives in the same project as a roadmap. The board filter unloads only tasks from the same project.

I thought the problem was that in the old sprints there are tasks not from this project. But there is a neighboring project with which there were shared sprints. This project has the same settings for the roadmap, but everything works: you can plan epics together with child tasks and stories, sprints are displayed at the top of the roadmap

I tried to make 1 test epic, attach 1 test story to it, and attach 1 test task to the story. I attached all 3 tasks to the last sprint, in which all the tasks from the project. I also adjusted the filter on the board so that it gives only these 3 tasks. As a result, nothing has changed: there were no sprints on the roadmap and I could not plan stories

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Hi Ilya - do you have start and end dates assigned to your sprints? I found the only sprints that show on my roadmap are those with start/end dates.
