Standard plan

Hello, 

We are currently on Standard Plan. However, we can only add 10 users but it should be 10,000 users based on the plan feature.

Please advise how to proceed and add more users.

In the billing it shows "Standard"

Are you paying monthly or yearly? I suppose it's the second one so you might have to upgrade your users tier before adding more users

Hello @ailyn welcome to the community. Looks like you are in the free plan rather than the standard one. What do you see when you go to the billing section?
