Status of 'Working as Designed' and 'Unable to Reproduce' are missing from the close option

Deleted user March 2, 2023

When closing a support ticket in Jira we are missing a number of status options that are there for returning to L2 - e.g., Unable to reproduce, not supported, not enough information. before those status options were there. you can compare the two pictures.

Hi @[deleted] ,

please check the transition properties, there could be some limitations set using workflow properties, see here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/use-workflow-properties/

HI @[deleted]

The resolution field shows the resolutions used in this version of Jira. Someone might have removed some of the resolutions in Jira.

Please check in the Administration Issue tab to add/modify the resolutions in Jira.
