Status selector hasn't loaded😞

Hi when I am trying to create a ticket I get this message in the status field. 

 

I can still create the ticket and it goes to the "to do" state but still I am wondering why this is happening. Thanks! 😀

Hello Stelio,

We recently took notice of this and raised this bug JRACLOUD-80097.

This is a backend issue that occasionally fails to retrieve the statuses and displays that error. But as you pointed out, you are still able to proceed to create the issue however you won't be able to set the status during the creation.

When this happens and you need to set the status early on, you can close the window and reopen it.
