Hi Team,
Something happened with our JIRA statuses. Waiting on Client and Waiting on Feedback changed to "With Product" and "With IT". Can someone look into this and change it back please?
Thank you,
James Johnson
I'm afraid this is something one of your administrators has done - you'll need to log in as an admin and change them back, then talk to the admin about being more careful when editing shared settings.
Can you point me in the direction of where I can change them back please?

@James Johnson, @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- is right. Please check to make sure that workflow scheme wasn't changed then you can check if the workflow itself wasn't changed.
You have to log in as an Admin by clicking on the cog, then select issues, the left frame will have issue types schemes, workflow schemes,....
OR
Click on the project from the project list (make sure that you are logged in as admin), then click on project settings

Nic is correct the status was changed by someone most likely by accident while editing a workflow. You can edit statues by going to Admin (Cog) > Issues and selecting statuses on the left hand menu. Just find the changed status and change it back to what it was before. You can also check your workflow on an issue after the change to ensure that it looks correct.
