I noticed there are two scripts for shutting down(stop-jira.sh and shutdown.sh) and two scripts to start jira(start-jira.sh and startup.sh). Which ones are typically used on Jira installed on an amazon-linux server?
Raymond,
Use start-jira.sh and stop-jira.sh which are wrapper script for start.sh/stop.sh with customized for Jira.

When you use these scripts to stop/start data, am I correct in assuming no data will be lost?
