Story Points field missing from Bug and Defect Issue type though I use the same screen as other type

Story Point Screen is missing from Bug Issue Type screens

I am using the same Issue Layout for all types.  Each type is mapped to the same screen, but the fields that display for Bug and Defect are different.  

Why is this happening?

Often field visibility issues like this can be diagnosed with the Admin Helper.  Have you tried that yet?  Here is a link on how to find and use it:
