Hi Omer, we have good news on both fronts! On the Structure side, we're working on adding wiki markup support to Formulas, as part of the feature's second development phase.
On the Structure.Gantt side, we're also working on supporting Gantt attributes in Structure. Once released, you can then use Gantt-specific attributes as structure columns and place them in the formulas, which you can then mark up in tandem with the feature above.
We can't provide an exact timeline as of now, but we are happy to notify you once these features become available.
