Similar to this question. I know I can change a structure's owner and it brings the structure back to be visible, but is there a setting or configuration that I can utilize so that if a user who is the owner of multi structures becomes inactive, those structures is still visible for the project?
I am looking into bulk editing from this script here, but it would be easier if structures can stay visible even if the owner becomes inactive.
Hello @Diana Gorv
In structures, the generators' own access to issues is based on the access of the owner, so if the owner is inactive then the generators simply become unaware that any issues exist. This model also corresponds to Structure's security assurance principle that doesn't allow users to see any Jira data through structures that they are not allowed to see in Jira. Changing the owner is the only way of making generators to add issues to the structure again.
If you're looking for a way to increase awareness of a structure's owner becoming inactive, then we have a feature in our backlog for adding some sort of an indicator of that in a structure instead of showing it empty when it loads. If you would be interested, we can send a notification here when this feature is released.

@Stepan Kholodov _Tempo_ Thank you for the response back.
I think such feature would be very useful. If you can send me notification that would be great. Or do you have a roadmap visible to customers? Because I do follow whenever new releases are announced. Is there a website where customers can see what features is coming soon or bug fixes in the works?

@Diana Gorv
To make this feature possible, it would require to significantly change Structure's architecture and the whole approach on how Structure handles security and permissions. There are no plans for that in the foreseeable future.
As for our roadmap - on our website you can find the list of the biggest updates planned.
