After several successful and smooth Structures configurations, I'm now facing this strange behavior while trying to set up a new structure:
Structure is pulling epics and children issues from the proper project (as expected per the generators settings) but it's not showing any issue detail (summary, key, status... nothing but the assignee)
Story points and estimations are still blank within the stories no issue here, but why do the basic details are not showing, despite rows are listed?
Many thanks, expert guys saving me from going crazy!
Hello @Elena Facco ,
David from ALM Works here.
At first glance, it looks like either Access to Structure or Project Permissions in Global Permission may need to be adjusted.
By any chance, have you recently migrated these projects and/or structures from on-prem? We have seen that this Jira bug will exhibit the behavior you are seeing. It does resolve itself after several hours.
If it turns out not to be one of these two things, please reach out to us directly at support@almworks.com so that we can investigate further.
Best Regards,

Ciao David,
thanks for your answer!
No migrations from on-prem: we are cloud since the first day.
Actually, I was missing the browsing permission settings for 'Project Role (atlassian-addons-project-access)'.
Issue is solved, you made my day!
Thank you very much, <3
Elena

Howdy, I have seen this issue as well. We recently did a migration from datacenter. It has been 28 hours since that migration and still seeing the same thing. I am the creator of the structure so I would presume it not to be an access issue. I am also a jira admin. Any thoughts?

Hello @TScham ,
Welcome to the Community!
The behavior is not necessarily tied to user access, but Global Permissions for apps, such as Structure, to access the issues they need to.
Could you check the Global and Project Permissions against what is described in our Permissions documentation?
If it turns out that your Global and Project permissions are aligned with the documentation, please reach out to us directly at support@almworks.com so that we can investigate further.
Best,
David

Thank you for the welcome, after messing with this for quite some time, what I find is the data is there if I just do a search in Jira, and if I add other fields to the structure that data is there.
The issue is limited to pulling back Summary field. What I found is if I update that field with even a . period it then displays the record in the structure. Not sure why but thats what happens. This was a test migration, I have deleted out of cloud and will be performing another this evening on the same project plus another. Will check it out again after that.
