Stuck in migration with attachments not showing up. "Failed to Load"

Hello,

We are stuck in the middle of our migration to Jira Cloud with none of our attachments showing up.  Our storage size suggests that the attachments are there and we followed the folder structure in the instructions "attachments.zip -> data-> attachments-> projects etc.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

We used zip -r -s 5g mig.zip data for the zip command  on our attachments.  zip puts metadata in the first zip explaining size and where to find everything. Jira doesnt understand that so we broke it up using individual zip commands on the folders.  WIll let you know how it goes.
