Stuck on add-on initialization page after a reboot

We're testing JCMA to prepare our migration. After launching a migration test, it was impossible to connect to the JCMA administration page, so after 2 days, I tried to restart the server, since then I'm stuck on the startup progress bar with the message :

startup in progress : add-on initialization.

Hi @Sylvain Xavier hope you're doing well!

Here are some possible root causes:

  • JCMA or another add-on may be corrupted or incompatible.

  • A plugin may be stuck due to incomplete initialization.

  • There may be database or file system inconsistencies after the restart.

  • Add-on initialization might be taking longer than expected (especially in large instances).

A good starting point for investigation is to check the atlassian-jira.log. Do you see any ERROR's or WARN's logs during startup?
