Hoping someone can help, our account has been suspended & we've updated the credit card details however the account is still showing as suspended.
I've raised a ticket (CA-146234) but we need this reactivated fairly urgently

Thank you for raising a notification for us here. It looks like, in addition to your ticket, your colleague was able to get in touch with the Advocates team, and the issue is now resolved.

I've tagged this question so hopefully someone at Atlassian sees this. Their billing team is based in Amsterdam do they should start work in around 9 hours
