Subtask Automation

I am working on an automation where a subtask is created when the parent issue's status transitions through our board. I have the automation set, and it does create the subtask, however I only want it to create the initial subtask when transitioning from the backlog to the active board, not every time I transition an issue to another status. What am I missing?
