@Ehsanul Allan from the image that you posted it looks like the subtasks are not actually marked done. It looks like they are marked with an "in progress" status hence, the blue coloring.
In the picture I have posted, you can see that any issue that is done will show as green and the in progress is blue.
You can check to see what status they are in the actual issues themselves but if you find that they are reading "done" or "complete" and still showing blue, then they are not actually being marked "Done status" in Jira. To verify and change how the field is marked you will need to head over to your workflow to see how it is set up.
As you can see from the picture below, when adding a done status it will be green. Whatever your sub-tasks are marked in Jira they are not marked as qualifying as "Done".

@Collista Lewingdon . Thank you so much. Your instructions worked.
I do have a follow up question. What to do with a cancelled task (screenshot below) to have the count 100%? I understand I can remove it from child task list but wondering If i can keep there and still show 100%.

It is the same type of deal. You need to go in and change the workflow for "CANCELLED" to reflect as a done status.

Hi @Ehsanul Allan,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
On the subtasks that are done, is the resolution field set? If you are not setting the resolution when moving an issue to a done status it will not be considered done. You can learn more about the resolution field here.
