Subtask Navigation to Parent task removed?

When viewing a subtask we no longer have the ability to view the parent task of the subtask in the breadcrumbs navigation. Did something change for this and it got removed? We have no way to navigate back to a parent task while viewing a subtask

a fix is being rolled out so stay tuned and keep trying.
