Subtask() & ParentsOf() Functions are not Available

Dear everyone in Community,

I tried  to filter out all the main tickets which's sub tasks were all completed.

Google suggested the following discussion Open Parent Issues with All Subtasks Closed, but the functions just can't be recognized by my company's JIRA online system.

My team leader also has no idea about JQL, could you please tell me that why my JIRA can't run the Subtask() & ParentsOf() functions? The JIRA core is 7.4.

"issue in subtask()" comes from the JQL Tricks plugin. Similarly "issueFunction in .." comes from script runner. You need the add-ons installed to take advantage of those functions.

JIRA doesn't natively have these functions. Check out marketplace for the add-on details.

I checked the documentation of JQLT & Adaptavist Script Runner for JIRA, will talk with my team leader about the Add Ons.
