Subtasks are not shown in new enhanced backlog

Enhanced backlog was rolled out to all users a while ago but I'm not able to see subtasks in backlog. Actually there is only one colleague who is able to see them, all others cannot. I'm also missing the subtasks related section in the View Settings. I guess it is somehow account related because I tried with different browsers and even in incognito windows to rule out a caching problem.

Is this a bug (at least I hope it's not a feature ;)) and is this going to be fixed in a future update?

Hope you're well and thanks for the post. Are you and your colleague using the same site? It's currently at 80% so not completely rolled out yet but if you email me at achi@atlassian.com with your site name, we can see if that's the problem and roll it out for your site.

Hi @April Chi ,

Thanks for the quick response. Yes, we're all using the same site. I thought the rollout is complete because we're all seeing the new backlog and it's features (e.g. inline issue editing). I dropped a mail with the link to our site.
