Subtasks # is missing from subtasks section of a task/issue

Deleted user June 20, 2018

When i open up a task and scroll down to all the subtasks associated i used to see the subtasks # next to the subtasks description/name, status and who it is assigned too.  This is now missing.  how do i add back so i dont need to click on every description to see the subtask #.

Hi Nick,

Is the screenshot exactly what you see now?

What exactly is missing? Is it the numbering (1 to 9 in the screenshot), or the issue key?

If you mean that the issue key is not shown, you might want to check https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/View-key-of-a-sub-task-from-parent-s-page/qaq-p/305338

HI @[deleted]

In the above/Current screenshot it is showing the Subtask description, Status and Assignee.

Still, if you want to add back then you should have the Jira system admin permission to do.

Go to Admin --> System --> General Configuration and then select the Advanced Settings and you will find the jira.table.cols.subtasks edit it and then add.
