Greetings to all, I had a doubt, in my company I need to calculate a bag of hours of support, then I need to define a field of an incidence with for example 400h, and at the moment I impute time in any incidence of the project, this time is subtracted from the field of the incidence of the bag of hours.

Sorry in advance for my English :S

Best regards.

@Angel Vañó Hi!

Welcome to the Atlassian Community.

It seems like you're trying to define an Uptime SLA and Time to SLA has a dynamic duration feature that allows you to define shared SLA Goal for issues in the scope of a specified JQL.

In this setting, the first issue will have 400h available to resolve the incidence and let's say an assignee has spent 1h on this issue. The next issue will have 399h until resolution.

This one of a kind feature will assist you in this use case nicely.

Our guide to defining a shared SLA Goal is accessible through here: Link .

Time to SLA is available for Jira Core, Software, and Service Desk.

Hello @Angel Vañó

If you use sprints in your work, you can try this app. It calculates time spent by every issue type. As a result, you can see how much time you spent on bugs in each sprint. Also you can add new issue types and divide special bugs in separate groups.
