Subversion problem in Jira

I have set up a subversion commit and am getting the following error

An unknown error occurred - actions == null. Please see logs for more details.

I have bounced the server and their is an error raised in Support but their is no resolution.

Can anyone assist please.

It's asking you to read the logs - what do they say?
