Suddenly projects are not available for some users

Hi, 

For couple of days we are facing with the issue, that some users cant see their project/issues. 
most obvious is dashboard. 
I'm only site-admin, and admin that have access to all projects. I'm not aware that I made any changes. 
Our other instance of Jira cloud, that have same settings, global permissions, permission schemes.. everything same, is working properly. 

Any idea what could go wrong ?

Hi Tomas - the underlying filters need to be shared with your users.

Most likely the filter that is being used in those gadgets is restricted. Try going to the filter and see if you have any access to the filter. If no, you'd need to ask the owner filter to give you the access to the filter. Give that a try!
