Suggested Report for Non-Technical Stakeholders

Hi.  I am using Jira's free version and do not mind moving to a small paid version as our team is very small.

I have looked at some Jira reporting tutorials and I am having trouble coming up with a basic report for internal and external customers that gives them the idea of where a project is at the User Story level.  Advice?  If someone has something that works well across multiple customers, please share what you are using.

Two Dimensional Filter Statistics is a gadget available on Jira dashboard that you can start with. Play around with other gadgets and you should get different ways for your customers' projects to be seen. 

Make sure you give appropriate permissions to the customers' groups and their respective projects. I hope that helps.
