Hello!
We have noticed that we cannot access some of our Classic boards. Getting the error message "We're having troubles connecting to your boards" (see attached). Is this a Jira/Atlassian issue or something we have done on our end?
I would suggest submitting a ticket to Atlassian. In Cloud and Data Center/Server environments, any issues like that are on the backend, however for Cloud Atlassian handles it where in Data Center your company or a vendor would be handling it.
