Supported security protocols for Atlassian cloud products - Ping Email Service?

Is there a Ping-Email-Account where we can test our E-mail provider, if they implemented TLS >= 1.2?

Emails are hosted by providers, where it's hard to find out their configuration.

We do not have a pig email account I'm afraid.
