Hello, I have a team-managed project.
I have a scrum board, which had the default swimlanes:
Expedite : based on the following JQL query: priority = Blocker
Everything else.
The thing is that I removed these swim lanes a while ago as I was not using them, and now I want to create another one, but the swim lane tab is not displayed anymore.
Any idea?
thanks,
Hi @Alvaro Frias -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Are you certain you have a team-managed project? Perhaps post an image to confirm the type.
My understanding is team-managed projects only have a limited ability to group work items and do not have custom filter / JQL query-based swim lanes yet. Here is the suggestion to add that feature:
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-85691
Kind regards,
Bill
Hello, yes, im in a team-managed project. I see that the scrum board im using (the main one for the team) based on the JIRA project does not display the swim lane tab.
I created another Board, in the same project but based on a JQL filter, and it DOES display this tab, and you can configure it.
I will use this second Board I just created.
thanks @Varsha Joshi and @Bill Sheboy ,
Really appreciate your help,
Álvaro.

Welcome to the community!
Did you check under Layout-->Swimlanes upon clicking configure board from the project settings.
You need to pick another option other than - None. The swim lanes will show up with this change.
