Switch Account URL

My company is changing its name and thus we would like to edit our URL.  

Is this possible? If so, how? Or who do I contact?

No, you will have to create a new account (i had a case with Atlassian support about the same thing). I do however think there is a way to export your instance, create a new cloud account in the right name and simply import it, but you are better off talking to support.atlassian.com on best practices.
