How can I set jira service desk to public and that it is not necessary to login in?
I want to disable the login in and that anyone can see the content of my knowledge base.

This feature is not available for server. There is a feature request here that you can vote and watch on: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-5227
Alternative solution is to setup Confluence to allow anonymous access to the knowledgebase space and send you users there.
