All,
is it possible to connect several different Azure DevOps instances to a single Jira cloud instance for different projects?
We have a number of partners who internally work with their own Azure DevOps environments that we want to sync to our singular Jira cloud instance.
Is that possible and if yes, how can we manage that?
best regards,
Arnd
Yes, it is possible to connect multiple Azure DevOps instances to a single Jira Cloud instance for different projects. This can be achieved using the Jira Azure DevOps integration provided by Microsoft

Hey Prakash! Expanding on Arnd's question:
We've successfully connected Azure DevOps to our Jira but we're struggling with steps 5 - 7. We don't see where to make these configurations. All we see is the ADO project in the connector settings but we can't make configurations there, neither in the Jira or ADO projects.
Could you assist us again? Thanks in advance!

Hi @Arnd Kleinbeck - If you want a 2-way integration, you can get Unito's Atlassian app right here with support for Azure DevOps.
It's all self-serve with customizable rules and field mappings, and you don't have to write any script whatsoever.
I wrote this guide explaining how to set up a flow between ADO and Jira.
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

@Arnd Kleinbeck hi. +1 for Prakash's suggestion. I'll simply add another option, just in case you want to explore other approaches - ZigiOps at the Atlassian marketplace. It's a fully no-code tool that can easily integrate Jira & Azure, transfer and sync their data. It does not store any of the transferred. Feel free to look at ZigiOps and even try it via the free trial.

Diana
