Hello,
We currently have several projects which use for us to manage issues.
Is it possible to sync both RS board (use for support) and DEV (use for development team)
In order for the customers to be able to see the status of a BUG?
Now, in the portal that creates in the RS board if I leave a link comment to a DEV ticket - they can see it just as a text
Many thanks!
Hi @[deleted]
there are several issue sync apps in Atlassian's marketplace which can sync issues between different projects. Ours, Backbone Issue Sync, is one of them. Using such an app, you can configure different rules, e.g that you only want to synchronize all the bugs to another project.
When you're talking about your RS board for support, this sounds like you're not using Jira Service Management for your support, but a plain Jira board. Is this the case? If yes, maybe you could also simply modify the board filter of the RS board to include the bugs.
Cheers,
Matthias.
I'm having a hard time understanding how to enable it.
What we need is to reflect the BUG status from DEV board into the portal that was created in the RS board.
Is it possible?

Hi @[deleted] ,
This is Dhiren from Exalate.
Exalate, provides a fully bi-directional synchronization between Jira(Cloud,Server,Data Center) and Jira(Cloud,Server,Data Center) among other ITSM systems that is fully customizable. It is easy to set up and the entire customization can be configured using a no-code interface.
You can even integrate between Jira Software, Jira Service Management (Service Desk) and sync issues inside projects back and forth to achieve your integration requirements.
If you would like to see a customized demo of the product in action, feel free to book a slot with us.
Thanks
Dhiren

@[deleted] hello. Yes, you can achieve this. A tool like ZigiOps can help you with this. It can connect more than one Jira instance bi-directionally and sync them (any field, data, etc.) - in your use case sync RS boards with DEV. ZigiOps is customizable, meaning you can configure it to fit your current needs/cases - not adjusting the visibility of the BUG status. Check it out and if interested, you can always book a demo to see how it can handle your use case.
