Please suggest if there any REST API to synchronise external user directory (Non Crowd) in Jira Data center 8.5.5

If you are looking for plugin which can fulfill your requirements, I would like to suggest you Jira User Provisioning  which is capable enough to synchronize external user directory other than crowd with the help of REST API Provisioning.
