Synchronization between JIRA Stages

Hi all,

we would implement JIRA as our Requirements Tool. Currently we have 3 stages where JIRA is running: DEVL, INTG and PROD.

Now I'm searching for a solution where I can transfer new or modified JIRA objects (Field, Scheme, Roles etc) from one stage to an other.

I know that I can Import/Export Worfklows. But for the ohter objects do I have to create again on every stage? I found a new Plugin 'Projetc Configuration' which should do this job. I asked other companies and they told me all they do it manually.

I'm a little bit confused about this. Does JIRA not have a built in Solution for doing this? If not, is this not a important requirement?

Hi Fabio,

That Project Configuration plugin looks nice, if I were you I would test it out between your DEVL and INTG productions, if it does the trick you can start using it. You can download it here : https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.awnaba.projectconfigurator.projectconfigurator it has a 30 day trial version.

Otherwise it's indeed a manual job which can take quite some time.
