Syncing local and cloud jira

Hello everyone,

Our company currently utilizes Jira on a computer that isn't connected to the internet. This computer holds all the necessary data for Jira. However, it's become challenging for each user to access this specific computer to add issues.

I'm considering creating a Jira instance either on a cloud platform or on a server accessible to everyone. Additionally, I plan to synchronize the data from the current PC with this new setup on a weekly basis using a USB drive.

I'm seeking advice on the feasibility of this approach and any guidance on how to execute it effectively. Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Synchronization weekly using a USB Drive might not be a good approach as it would take lots of manual and repetitive efforts.

Hi @ali khabazian, You can try using the Jira Two Way Sync app on marketplace to connect your on-premise (local) instance to Jira cloud. Here's a guide for connecting two Jira projects. And here's a guide to connecting Unito to your local Jira server.
