System Administrator Password

I am an administrator on my company's JIRA, I would like to know how do you reset the System Administrator password.

I am Specifically talking about the default Sys.Admin which I attached the screenshot of. Do we need to worry about it? Is it possible to reset that role's password? Or retain/own that role?
