System error when converting issue into a sub-task.

When i make a sub-task for an issue it works just fine but when i convert an issue into a sub-task it shows a system error saying:

We just updated all the plugins installed and now it's working smoothly again.

Do you have some plugins that uses Active Objects? A plugin used for issue ranking? Looks like it is not handling the scenario mentioned!
