How to calculate/export Turn around Time of created and resolved issues in JIRA?
I want to plot Count of Created and Resolved issues till date on one axis without any manual work?
Hi @Ujjawal Pandey
Welcome to the community!
Try the SLA Time and Report for Jira add-on. There you can get reports of 4 types, where you can see how much time was spent on the set SLA goals (time of tasks in statuses, time to answer, time to solve, and any of your other goals).
You can also automatically send messages with a custom test to comments in the task or via SLACK.
My team developed it, so I can explain to you in detail how it works and help with the setup. Just let me know if you need it. Here's a link to a 30-day trial version.
Hi @Ujjawal Pandey , we are using an app for this with one of my customers. It is called Time to SLA - Time to SLA | Atlassian Marketplace
How it works is that you can define different calendars and then rules and goals, which calculate within the Jira issue what the turn around time should be, based on something like priority or severity, as you define it.
There is some reporting within the app and also a countdown clock in the issue, which you can see in the Atlassian Marketplace. Obviously there is a cost associated with using an app, but we didn't find a way to do this out-of-the-box with the same level of functionality.

Hi @Ujjawal Pandey and welcome to the Community!
If your issues are on a board, take a look at the control chart:
This chart does show your issues' time between statuses and comes out of the box with Jira Software.
Hope this helps!
