TMetric link has disappeared from all Jira projects

We've been using TMetric with Jira for the last 3 years.

This morning my team made me aware that (after pressing refresh in Jira), the "Start timer" link has disappeared from all of our Jira project cards.

Our Jira & TMetric subscriptions are up to date, and within TMetric's "Integrations" page it shows our Jira integration with a status of "Ok".

The issue exists using both Edge and Chrome.

Has anyone else encountered this issue in the past?

Any suggestions for a fix?

Try reinstalling the browser extension. I see same issue was reported long back in https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-questions/Timer-button-suddenly-missing-in-project-cards/qaq-p/1436477
