I've created a custom screen, in this screen I've created several tabs. The tabs are not appearing on the screen as expected when it's assigned to "Issue Operation" "View Issue". When I assign this custom screen to "Issue Operation" "Edit Issue" and "Create Issue" the tabs show up. When I move fields around in the default tab the changes are reflected in the all views.
Steps I've taken without results change:
1. Created separate screens for each Issue Operation.
2. Rebuilt the screen
3. Added, moved and removed fields out of and into each tab.
It was working at one time, but yesterday the tabs in only View mode stopped appearing, to the best of my knowlegde I hadn't made any changes at the time of the tabs dissappearing. I do get prompted to reindex if that has any relation.
Do you have any data in the fields on view screen?
Thank you Jobin, I realized the fields I had in the tabs where actually updating "Dates" and "Detail" fields. Since they weren't custom fields it didn't have data to display. Thus the tabs weren't appearing.
