Task with status "Done" isn't visible in my Project Plan

When I put status "Done" in task in project it disappears from the Roadmap project plan, but remains in the general list of project tasks.

The filter settings are set to show all statuses.

How can I make sure that tasks with the status "Done" are not disappeared from the project plan?

Check 2 things

1. Issue Source for your Plan. Configure > Issue Source

Check Filter JQL if you applied check DONE status issues are not excluded.

2. Also Check the Filters on plan. Check whether you have not filter out the issue based on status

but I don't see in Configure > Issue Source>Filter such filter as JQL, sorry.
