We find out that the tasks in Released column are hidden after a while, so 2 days ago it was 140, then 100 then 74
Why and where they are archived?

Hi @Alaa Hammouda , this could have manyreasons. My first step would be to check the filter and or subfilter for your board. The JQL could contain something with a time reference, ie modified, resolved.. Hope that helps. If not, please share some configuration details of your affected board.

In the main board, it gives small number. But in this page it gives the total. So there is max number per column to show then it can be reached via filters.
Can you plz guide me if there is a way to get reports out of this filters.

It sounds like you are using Company Managed projects, Kanban? if so, try:
board settings > scroll to the bottom
If you are using a team-managed project the default is 14 days.
Also, keep in mind that you can always search for the issues.
