Tasks not available in Jira Board

Hello Team,

For certain users whenever we are assigning the tasks in Jira, the same is not getting reflected in the JIRA Board. It says the following message - The task is created but is not visible. And this happens if we are assigning the task to a particular user. Please help in resolving this.

I would suggest you to check filters applied in Board settings.

This is what it says it is.  A board is a view of a selection of issues, which it does by using a filter.  The new issue you are creating does not match the board filter, so the board is not selecting it.  

You mention assignee, so an example might be that your board is selecting "Project = XYZ, and assignee in (Alice, Bob Charlie)".  When you create an issue and assign it to Dave, the board is not going to select it!
