I'm working on creating a Portfolio/Advanced Roadmaps plan for my team. I have experience using this tool, but haven't used it in about a year and it seems a lot has changed. Our Jira hierarchy is Integration > Epic > Task > Sub-task. We try to schedule individual tasks in Sprints. The problem is, tasks which have parent issues aren't appearing on the Scrum board. I can see them when I'm looking at the filter, but I can't see them when I'm looking at the board that is powered by that filter. I only see the parent tasks. See screenshots:

Hi @Zach Herriott

For the scrum boards, there are two things that make the issues visible: being in the current sprint and satisfying the filter.

You are showing two views of the items with your screen shots, so there is something different in the issues or filters.  Please consider finding example issues that are different (showing versus not showing) and then use them to compare the filters.

Best regards,

Bill
