Your Atlassian admin may not have the global permission called "browse users and groups" activated for your specific user group To check this have your admin follow the following steps.
1. Click into settings in the upper right hand corner , then click system.
2. In the left side bar click on global permissions.
3. See if your user group is showing under browse users and groups
If it is not there your system admin will need to edit the permission scheme to reflect that permission to be granted to your group or role.
If I login to my jira account in my personal laptop I can see my team members initial or Avatar. But I can't see the same in my office laptop. I tried login and out, clearing the data of chrome browser, login into another browser(Microsoft edge) but it doesn't work for me.

Hi @Himanshu Sharma welcome to the community. I took a quick look at Atlassian's Jira site (jira.atlassian.com) and found this issue: JRACLOUD-37543 There might be more out there, but if that's your issue, feel free to vote for and watch it for updates.
