Team managed fields are available in column selec list in filters, even when removed from project?

In our Jira instance, we use both Company-managed and Team-managed projects. Recently, a custom field named Due Date was removed from a Team-managed project. However, even 15 minutes after its removal, the field still appears in the column selection list within filters.

I need to remove this field from the list to avoid confusion with another field, also named Due Date, which is used in several other projects.

Any help or guidance on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated!

Try clearing Clear your browser cache and cookies and reloading Jira in a private/incognito window to verify the changes.

Jira Cloud’s background processes to sync the changes. This usually happens within 15-30 minutes but may take longer in some cases.
