My team aren't receiving email notifications from Jira. I have checked all relevant settings at my organisation and everything seems to be in order.

In order to check the notification please check the notification scheme for the project (project -> settings -> notification scheme) . Here you can see who all will the get the notification based on issue action.
In order to perform any changes in the scheme you should be project admin or jira admin .

Troubleshooting email notifications:
The Jira admin helper can help you diagnose why a user isn't receiving email notifications when they should be, or why a user is receiving email notifications when they shouldn't be. This tool is only available to Jira administrators.
To diagnose why a user is or is not receiving notifications for an issue:
Choose > System.
Select Notification helper.
Jira can send a maximum of 100 emails per day on the Free plan. After 100 emails, notifications are paused until the following day.
