Teammates added to board for team managed software cannot view board and project

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
My teammates cannot access board and backlog for the project 'Team managed software' although I have granted them member access.
When I send them the link to the board, they see below:
